Terms of Service

Glinsky Studio offers consulting services, marketing and advertising services and logistical/personnel support such as call center services. The scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees for each engagement are agreed with you in writing (for example in a proposal, statement of work, or invoice) before work begins. If those written terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the written engagement terms apply to that engagement.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on your location and the invoice, available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, ACH Direct Debit, and Alipay. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you select for the amounts you approve. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, to supply materials you have the right to use, and not to use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose.

The content of this website belongs to Glinsky Corporation or its licensors. Ownership of and rights to work created during an engagement are set out in the written terms for that engagement.

This website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed.
